I am a chartered accountant with over 29 years business experience including auditing and senior finance position within many successful organisations.

My objective is to make sustainable improvements to a company’s business management, through coaching staff and providing them the necessary tools.

Servicing both private and not for profit businesses with turnover in the range of $2m to $500m who require the skills of a CFO/senior finance professional but do not want to carry the fixed cost of such a staff member.

Typically these businesses under estimate what is required in managing their finances resulting in poor management reporting practices, reporting of inaccurate numbers, a poor level of control over company assets, poor cashflow, and little commercial insight/support from the finance staff.

Having hands on commercial experience across different businesses allows me to quickly identify issues, ascertain the best solution and implement it. Having led & managed a number of different teams I am able to coach and develop client teams.
